1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, services, or products (collectively, the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of Service
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- License: Logmor LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use of the Service.
- Prohibited Actions: You agree not to misuse the Service, including hacking, data scraping, or violating applicable laws.
3. Payment and Billing
Using our Service incurs fees as outlined below. By activating a device, you authorize Logmor LLC to charge your payment method as described.
- Device Fee: Each active device costs $15/month.
- Billing Cycle: Monthly, from the 1st to the last day of the month.
- Invoices: Issued on the 1st for the prior month’s active devices, due within 7 days.
- Automatic Payment: If unpaid by day 7, your credit card on file will be charged automatically.
- Non-Payment: Unpaid invoices may result in device deactivation or account suspension.
- Payment Details: You must keep your payment method updated to avoid service interruptions.
4. Service Availability
Our Service relies on third-party LTE 4G networks and web hosting providers to operate smart outlets and the web application. We strive to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Network Connectivity: Logmor LLC is not liable for service interruptions due to LTE network outages, weak signals, or other carrier issues.
- Web Application: We are not responsible for downtime of the SaaS application caused by hosting provider issues, maintenance, or other external factors.
- User Responsibility: You must ensure your device has adequate LTE signal and power to function properly.
- Support: Report outages to support@logmor.com. Check our status page at status.logmor.com for updates.
5. API Usage
- Access: You may use our RESTful API to control smart outlets, subject to rate limits (e.g., 100 requests/hour) and guidelines available at device.logmor.com/cloudapi.
- Restrictions: You must not:
- Use the API for unlawful purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the API or Service.
- Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) without explicit permission.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for securing your account password and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@logmor.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Logmor LLC is not liable for losses due to unauthorized use.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Logmor LLC and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logmor LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service, including interruptions due to network or application outages.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your account data may be deleted, and active devices will be deactivated. You remain liable for any outstanding payments.

- Personal Information: During account creation, we collect your first name, last name, and address (street, city, state/province, postal/ZIP code, country) to provide services and process payments.
- Payment Information: Credit card details are securely processed and stored by our payment provider, Stripe, to facilitate billing. We do not store full card details on our servers.
- Device Information: We collect data about your smart outlet devices (e.g., hardware model, firmware version) to ensure functionality.
- Usage Data: We track Service interactions (e.g., API calls, device controls) to improve performance and user experience.
2. Use of Information
We use your data to:
- Deliver, maintain, and enhance the Service.
- Process payments and manage billing.
- Ensure Service security and prevent fraud.
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
